This recipe from LittleCoconutty.com is awesome and has become a regular item on our menu. I double up on the chicken sausage to make it a main dish and serve with a side of broccoli. Even if you are not doing any special diet you really do need to make it. It’s simply yet delicious!

From 40aprons.com – this dinner dish is exactly what it says – an egg roll filling in a bowl. I swear it’s tastes like you took an egg roll just dumped the filling into a bowl. We all love it – including my 1 year old!

This great recipe by Jessica Beacom at therealfoodrds.com is healthy comfort food! It’s hardy and delicious. I like to get a bone in butt ham and use half. I freeze the other half and save it for the next time I make this. Throw in some chopped (sugar free) bacon for some extra crunch and flavor!

Alright ya’ll so I know I’ve told you how great all of these recipes are but this is one of the last one’s we tried but it tied for our overall favorite. I know you’re probably skeptical because this has sweet potatoes instead of beans but I promise it works. I don’t know how but it does.
My husband claims it’s better the next day with a little hot sauce. I kid you not – he wants me to make it again despite the fact we can now have beans! This stuff is amazing and makes a huge pot in case you don’t want to cook for a few days, want lots of leftovers or are serving a big crowd!

Some people may exclude this from the Whole30 because it could be considered a dessert but for us we enjoyed for breakfast when we were tired of eating plain eggs for breakfast. You can increase the eggs (some people used 14!) or just what it calls for in the original recipe. Either way this thing is great! Remember to use ripe bananas for this though since that’s what gives it sweetness! Also try to chill it before eating – it’s better this way in my opinion.
